About Our COach

Dr. Sydney Phillips’ professional background is in mental health support, K-12 teaching, college teaching and advising. She is an expert in diverse learning, skills practice, goal setting, project management, leadership and facilitation. Sydney has earned a Masters degree, in Special Education, from Dominican University, and an Educational Doctorate in Education Leadership and Policy from the University of Utah. Sydney is a licensed K-12 teacher in the state of Utah and has trained in Appreciative Advising, Project Management, Mental Health First Aide, Strengths Based Coaching, and Behavior Support. She has been a practicing Executive Functioning Coach in the Salt Lake area since 2016, helping hundreds of individuals and families, and is passionate about supporting skills to unlock an one’s full potential for excellence, effectiveness and achievement. Currently Sydney coaches 1:1 for Executive Functioning, Effective Interpersonal Relationship Approaches, Mindfulness, and Non-Judgmental Intrapersonal Communication.
